This design takes inspiration from iconic 2D animation effects like explosions, lightning, and shockwaves. Using the CatEye technique from nail art, it captures motion and intensity. Magnetic polish creates luminous, dynamic reflections when activated by a magnet, with the final effect set under a UV lamp.
